  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

  • Our team may contact you for order or address verification before dispatch

 Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities & remote areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 Payment Method

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan

  • Any applicable shipping charges (if mentioned on checkout) are payable at the time of order

 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • House/flat number

  • Area, city

  • Nearby landmark

  • Active contact number

Elara Cosmetic is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

 Re-delivery & Unclaimed Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply

  • Orders repeatedly returned may require advance payment for future purchases

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a parcel that is:

  • Damaged during transit, or

  • Incorrect due to our fulfillment error

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. Our team will assist you as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
