Return & Exchange Policy – Elara Cosmetic

At Elara Cosmetic, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we follow a strict return policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

 No Returns on Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

 Eligible Returns (Logistics Error Only)

Returns are only accepted in the following case:

  • You received an incorrect product, wrong variant, or damaged item due to a logistics or fulfilment error from Elara Cosmetic

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

 Return Approval Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • Description of the logistics error

Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.

 Replacement or Resolution

After approval and inspection:

  • A replacement will be sent, or

  • An appropriate resolution will be provided at Elara Cosmetic’s discretion

 Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Skin reactions or allergies

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier companies
